Customer Care

The Customer Care Module provides an API set which enables rapid integration with an existing CRM or customer care system. This enables operators to maximise operational efficiency by re-using existing systems' capabilities. A default built-in GUI is also available which can be customised and embedded into the legacy CRM or customer care solution.
In an environment with potentially many different database instances, Charge it Customer Care can integrate easily into the master CRM system, therefore contributing to a single, consistent view of customer and product information.
